Chevacess — Account Rules & Activation

  • Activation Required: All new online users must complete the activation process after registration to start making use of our banking services.
  • Link Bank Card: New users are required to link their bank card to start making transactions.
  • Suspended Accounts: If your account is suspended/flagged by the federal bureau monetary authorities, this will downgrade your credit score and require service fees to upgrade your account.
  • Verification: New users must complete facial and fingerprint verification to upgrade accounts suspended by the authorities.
  • Bonus Reward: New users will receive $500 free for any new card applied for spending.
  • Recovery Funds: Recovery funds will be released after the user completes the activation process.
  • Security Setup: All new users are required to set up their Transaction Authorization code with the bank customer service.
  • Withdrawals: All Chevaces withdrawals must be made by the account holder or authorized representative only. Proper identification is required for every withdrawal.
  • Account Closure: All users must clear their available balance before proceeding to close the account.
  • Inactivity Policy: If your Chevaces account is inactive for more than 60 days, your online access will be temporarily suspended and permanently deactivated after 150 days of inactivity.
  • Crypto Wallet: All users must link their personal wallets to enable easy cryptocurrency withdrawals.
  • No Fees: All active Chevaces users can make successful withdrawals without any transaction fees.
